Return and Refund Policy

At GarageDeals, we offer a variety of products including new (original), liquidation, open-box, and handmade items. Please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

We only accept returns in the following cases:
- The item is defective
- The item is damaged during delivery
- The wrong item was sent

We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Buyer’s remorse
- Non-defective items

Return requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the product.

Return Requirements

To be eligible for a return:
- The issue must be reported within 48 hours
- Proof of damage or defect (photos or videos) must be provided

Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges under any circumstances.

Return Shipping

- If the item is defective or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost
- Otherwise, returns are not accepted

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Processing time may take up to 10–15 business days
